Richard Adams' novel, Watership Down, is my favorite book. Many people who know me have jokingly referred to it as my bible. This page is a tribute to the greatest novel ever written--a novel that is not even close to challenged by any other and probably never will be.

Obviously, I am very fond of this book. I read it for the first time in 4th grade and haven't stopped reading it since. I'm a junior in high school now, and at my school, seniors are required to read the book, and it's truly sad to see them sulking and compaining about having to read "Such a stupid, boring book about rabbits." That's what today's public school system will do to you. As I mentioned earlier, many have called it my bible. Maybe so, but I'm not alone. The Watership Down devotees are more numerous than one might suspect.
