Finally! The long anticipated sequel. This is less like
a novel and more like a collection of stories, having no transitional link.
There are several more stories about El-ahrairah, as well as a few more
characters who are introduced, like Flayirth, the doe chief rabbit.
One thing that bugged me was the fact that at the end of Watership, Hazel
died, but he's back alive and well in Tales From Watership Down.
In my opinion, this sequel is good--wonderful--but still comes nowhere
near the origional. I also don't think that it would make much sense
to someone who has not yet read the origional, but it's a definite must-read
for any Watership fan.
Yeah, I know I said I'd update this page about a year ago...I'm getting
to it!
